1. Participation:

Participation in our events requires booking in our website.

Your booking is valid only upon payment and completion of the order. Upon successful creation/completion of an order, the user will receive a notification letter to the email address provided by him/her.

If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing an order, please contact us.

Also your booking will be added to your profile page.

2. Payment:

The possible payment methods are:

2.1 Bank transfer

This is optional payment method and its available ony by request. You can contact us for more info.

2.2 Payment by debit/credit card

Card payments are made on our website Trackdays-Bulgaria.com (Trackdays Bulgaria EOOD) through the virtual POS of our servicing bank, which is DSK Bank.
Payment security is protected by the security programs of the international card organizations (ICCOs) MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure.
When paying with a card through the virtual POS of DSK Bank, you will need to enter the card number, validity, CVV/CVC. If your card participates in the security program of the ICCOs MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure, you will need to enter a 3-D password.
We at trackdays-bulgaria.com respectively “Trackdays Bulgaria EOOD” do not collect, process or store card data. All card data is filled in personally by you on a secure payment page of our servicing bank.
Regardless of the currency of your bank account, the transaction will be made in Bulgarian leva according to the current exchange rate of your servicing bank. All prices are final, including VAT.
In cases where a refund is required, regardless of whether it is in full or in part, and the payment was made by card, we will refund the amount by ordering a reverse transaction on the card with which the payment was made within 7 days.
From a security point of view, the maximum amount for a single payment by card is 2000 leva.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an invoice and details of your order at the email address you provided.

In the event of non-payment, your order will be canceled and we will send you an email stating that your registration has been canceled.

3. Cancellation of participation / Return of goods

3.1. Cancellation of participation in an event:

When registering for an event, Trackdays Bulgaria requires payment, which guarantees the participant’s place.

The fee paid upon registration is non-refundable except in the following cases:

In the event that the event is cancelled, the participant will receive a voucher worth the deposit paid, which can be used within 12 months.

In the event that the participant has valid COVERAGE (insurance).

Purchased coverage is non-refundable in all cases.

3.2. Resale / Reassignment of registration for participation:

Trakdays Bulgaria grants participants the right to resell or reassign their registrations for participation, when this is not for profit.

Trakdays Bulgaria undertakes to assist in finding a replacement for a participant who is prevented from attending the event.

3.3. Return of purchased physical product:

Products purchased from the Trackdays Bulgaria website can be returned within 14 days under the following conditions:

1. The goods must be UNUSED, in original packaging and with labels.
2. Transportation costs are at the expense of the buyer. We do not accept shipments for which the travel expenses have not been paid.
3. The returned product must be accompanied by this form.

4. Rules for participants.

The rules of participation serve for maximum safety of everyone and are mandatory. In case of violation of the rules, the organizers may terminate the participation of the pilot.

4.1. Rules:

All participants are required to have a motorcycle driving license (Cat. A) or a racing license issued by the Bulgarian Motorcycling Federation.

All participants are required to use full motorcycle equipment, described below.
A technically sound motorcycle.
All participants are obliged to use the transponders provided by the organizers.
Each participant is obliged to ride only in the group in which he is registered. If the group is not suitable for him, he must contact the organizers.
An ambulance with a medical team, a fire truck, a team of licensed marshals are present at all events.
In the event of a fall or other incident, the participant is obliged to be examined at the medical station. Written confirmation is required for refusal of examination.
Stopping the track is prohibited in all cases.
At all events, a mandatory briefing is held before the start of the first session of the day. If necessary, an additional one is also held. Participants who have not attended the briefing will not be allowed to ride on the track.
It is prohibited to transfer your motorcycle to unregistered participants.
It is prohibited to ride two people on a motorcycle, even if this is possible.

The speed limit in the parking lot and around the pits is 10 km/h.
The speed limit in the pit lane is 50 km/h
It is forbidden for children under 14 years of age to walk without an escort.
Animals are prohibited in the paddock and pit lane at all times.
Participants and spectators are prohibited from walking on the track
The import and use of alcohol and drugs is prohibited.
Any form of competition is prohibited. All drivers must drive in this spirit and respect each other. Participants who are considered dangerous by the organization will be excluded from further participation.
“Demonstrative” driving on the track is prohibited
Additional rules for the specific track/event will be introduced during the initial briefing. Compliance with them is also mandatory.

4.2 Groups:

Participants will be divided into different groups for safety purposes. The distribution is based on the experience and skills of each participant, and the groups can change at any time.

4.3 Clothing and equipment:

All participants are required to have full equipment, which includes:

A closed-face helmet with a CE certificate
A one-piece or two-piece leather suit connected with a zipper
Boots
Gloves

No part of the body, except the neck, must be exposed while riding on the track. A check will be carried out at each exit from the track.

4.4. Motorcycle requirements.

A technically sound motorcycle
No hanging or loosely attached elements
Properly installed tires and brake calipers
All glass components must be taped.

*Tip: Remove all unnecessary elements from the motorcycle, namely:

Headlights
Mirrors
License plates
Passenger steps
other

5. Rights of the organizers

Trackdays Bulgaria events are friendly gatherings of motorcyclists on the track. The organization is carried out by the track staff with an intermediary – Trackdays Bulgaria. Each participant and visitor is obliged to strictly follow all instructions of the organization.
The organization cannot be held responsible for any accidents involving participants, supervisors or spectators. The organization is also not responsible in case of theft or possible quarrels between participants or spectators that occur on the track, pit lane, paddock, parking lot, …
The organization may exclude a participant at any time if he/she does not comply with the safety rules explained during the mandatory briefing.
The organizer reserves the right to stop a participant at any time or to exclude him for safety reasons.
If due to force majeure (bad weather, incident on the track or other) one, more or all sessions are canceled, the participant agrees not to claim compensation or refund from the organization.

6. Participant Charter

I undertake to comply with the mandatory briefing at the beginning of the day. If I cannot attend the briefing, I must follow a briefing with an instructor before I can enter the track. As a result, this may cause me to miss one or more sessions.
I undertake to respond to all signals, signs and flags shown to me. Failure to do so may result in exclusion.
I accept the risks associated with riding a motorcycle on a track. I will not take any action against the event organizer if I have an accident due to my own fault or the fault of someone else. (photographer, pilot, marshal or other).
I declare that I am physically and mentally fit to ride a motorcycle on a track.
I declare that I hold a category A driver’s license.
I declare that my motorcycle is in good technical condition.
I declare that all statements I have made in the registration forms are true.
I declare that I have registered with full knowledge of the possible risks.
I declare that I agree to sign a liability waiver at the event site.
